Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities through effective outreach strategies. This position requires strong communication skills, an understanding of technology sales, and the ability to engage potential clients through various channels.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up on leads and nurture relationships.
- Leverage Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation.
- Identify potential business opportunities through research and networking.
- Engage in technical sales discussions to effectively communicate product benefits.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials that support lead generation efforts.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our software solutions and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in technology sales.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to perform outbound calling with confidence and professionalism.
- Familiarity with warm calling techniques and best practices in lead generation.
- Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn about our software products.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during calls.
- Must have a computer with working high speed internet.
