Responsibilities

Member of an HRIS team responsible for defining, configuring, testing, analyzing, and supporting the UKG (Kronos) Dimensions applicationPartner with multiple Business Units to recommend standard processes, ensuring the maximum value of our UKG Dimension investment is achievedProvide strategic expertise to deliver efficient and compliant solutionsPossess advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Dimensions or legacy Kronos Workforce Central system, specifically as it relates to the Manufacturing IndustryExpertise in one or more modules including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Analytics and AttestationPerform special projects relating to a UKG release, configuration change or efficiency improvementEnsure policies and procedures are being implemented by performing weekly auditsResponsible for all punch device configuration and functionalitySupports continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processesIdentify and resolve the root cause of day-to-day production issuesDevelop/modify/update training materials and programs to keep them current and relevantImplement and deliver UKG Dimensions solutions to support Merger & AcquisitionsDeveloping strategies for effective data analysis and reporting

Qualifications

Minimum of three(3) years' experience in configuration, design, and support of the applicationQuickly and easily adapts to change and shifting prioritiesDetail oriented, exhibiting good interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to efficiently analyze and convey informationDemonstrable track record in supporting projects and/or project teamsAbility to work independently with minimum guidance
