Job Summary:We are looking for a High-Level Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) with +2 years of experience in English and Spanish CSR roles. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about our products and services, and supporting operational tasks. While this is primarily a customer service role, the position also involves identifying opportunities to optimize processes and ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a remote environment with a dual-monitor setup.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to maximize opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and assist in achieving sales or service targets.

2. Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage scheduling of services and tasks for clients or internal operations.
  • Maintain organized records of client information, instructions, and documentation.
  • Ensure tasks and appointments are properly tracked and updated.

3. Quality Control & Documentation

  • Ensure team members are prepared and properly equipped for their tasks.
  • Review work completed for accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed for all tasks and inspections.

4. Client & Team Communication

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to confirm schedules and resolve issues.
  • Provide updates and reports to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Identify potential problems in advance and present proposals or solutions.

5. Billing & Payments

  • Assist with processing invoices and payments.
  • Ensure billing and reporting timelines are met.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company offerings, and industry trends.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and operational processes.

Requirements:

  • +2 years of experience in customer service or similar CSR roles in English and Spanish.
  • Bilingual (fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish).
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, CSR, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Proactive and takes initiative in operations.
  • Receptive to feedback as a learning opportunity and willing to grow professionally.
  • Capable of identifying potential problems and presenting solutions.
  • Familiarity with general scheduling, communication, and task management tools.
  • Comfortable using a dual-monitor setup for effective task management.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
  • Academic background relevant to the position.
  • Mandatory English level C1-C2.
