¿Cómo es el día a día en esta posición?
Como Ingeniero/a de Seguridad OT, tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Apoyar evaluaciones de riesgo a nivel de sitio y revisar la arquitectura de seguridad de redes OT.
- Monitorear amenazas en sistemas industriales y colaborar en la respuesta a incidentes.
- Analizar registros y eventos de seguridad en entornos OT.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para garantizar operaciones seguras y resilientes.
- Aplicar marcos y estándares de ciberseguridad para mantener el cumplimiento normativo y reducir riesgos.

¿Qué necesitás para postularte?
Educación:
Título universitario en Ciberseguridad, Ingeniería o campo relacionado.
Experiencia:
De 3 a 8 años en ciberseguridad OT/ICS/SCADA en entornos industriales o de manufactura.
Conocimientos requeridos:
- Sistemas OT/ICS: PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA
- Protocolos industriales: Modbus, OPC, DNP3, Profibus
- Seguridad de redes: Firewalls, VLANs, ruteo, segmentación
- Monitoreo de amenazas, análisis de logs y respuesta a incidentes OT
- Estándares de ciberseguridad: IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, ISO 27001
Idioma:
Inglés intermedio a avanzado (B2 o superior), además de dominio del idioma local.
Herramientas tecnológicas:
- Plataformas de monitoreo OT y herramientas de segmentación de red
- Sistemas de análisis de logs y detección de amenazas
