LATAM


Responsabilidades

  • Auditar semanal o mensualmente el desempeño del supervisor (KPIs, procesos, estándares y experiencia del cliente).
  • Diseñar planes de acción claros y medibles frente a brechas detectadas, asegurando seguimiento y accountability.
  • Actuar como coach para supervisores, fortaleciendo liderazgo, priorización y toma de decisiones.
  • Escalar y gestionar riesgos críticos antes de que se conviertan en incidentes o churn.
  • Interactuar directamente con clientes cuando sea necesario para explicar planes, presentar avances y reforzar confianza.
  • Documentar hallazgos, tendencias y oportunidades, asegurando trazabilidad y retroalimentación.
  • Contribuir a la mejora continua con propuestas de estandarización y optimización de procesos.


Habilidades y Requisitos

  • Dominio de herramientas operativas y reportes de seguimiento.
  • Conocimiento sólido de KPIs, métricas de calidad y lógica de desempeño.
  • Manejo avanzado de
    Google Sheets / Excel
    para dashboards y auditorías.
  • Inglés avanzado
    B2+/C1
    (requerido).
  • Experiencia:
    4–6 años en Operaciones BPO o Account Management
    , manejo de múltiples stakeholders.
  • Soft Skills: comunicación clara, pensamiento crítico, liderazgo, organización y resolución de problemas bajo presión.
