Customer Order Specialist (Order Management & Billing Analyst)
Location:
Mexico City, Mexico – Virtual/Hybrid (1–2 days per month onsite)
Contract Period:
12+ month contract-to-hire
Compensation:
$11 USD per hour as IC
About the Role:
We are seeking an
Order Management & Billing Analyst
to support end-to-end order accuracy, invoicing, and compliance across hardware, software, subscription, professional services, and maintenance transactions. This role ensures complete and accurate order data, supports sales teams, manages documentation, coordinates with logistics, and ensures timely billing. Must be local to Mexico and fluent in
English and Portuguese
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure pricing and configurations match contract terms
- Create and maintain orders in ERP systems; ensure proper invoicing triggers
- Generate accurate customer invoices and manage special invoicing provisions
- Coordinate with logistics, suppliers, and stakeholders for on-time delivery
- Process RMAs and support accounts receivable issue resolution
- Analyze contracts for billing/ordering requirements
- Maintain compliance and support audit activities
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements
- Support month-end/quarter-end close activities (overtime/weekends as needed)
Requirements:
- Fluent in
English and Portuguese
(required) - Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Ability to learn order-related tools and systems
Work Environment:
Hybrid/virtual model in Mexico City. Flexibility required for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close periods.
