You:
We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our regional partner ecosystem, with a strong focus on Global System Integrators (GSIs), Banking Resellers, OEMs, Hyperscalers,and potential Complementary Solution Partners. This role will own the multiple country level partner relationships, generate partner sourced/influenced opportunities, impact revenue growth, and define/execute joint go-to-market execution.
You'll be responsible for developing and scaling transformational partnerships that source, influence, agree to collaboration strategies, resell and/or embed Feedzai's solutions into digital transformation platforms, collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
Your Day to Day:
Strategic Leadership & Partner Development
Define and execute a comprehensive partner strategy for the region aligned with global objectives.Build partner plans with strategic partners; defining goals, engagement models, go to market motions and delivery planningBuild and nurture executive-level relationships with strategic partners. Own partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement programs tailored to regional needs.Revenue & Growth Execution
Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue growth with key defined partnership typesGenerate pipeline with regional resellers with target growth plans.Develop joint action plans with partners focused on pipeline generation and deal acceleration.Collaborate with regional sales leaders and vertical GTM leads to align partner efforts with account strategy.Operational Excellence
Manage partner governance, reporting, and performance metrics using BI tools and PRM systems.Hold regular cadence calls with your partners, tracking deliverables, actions, pipeline and go-to-market effortsAnalyze partner KPIs including activation, contribution to pipeline, and partner NPS.Support marketing initiatives including joint campaigns, webinarsYou Have & You Know-how:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Or equivalent experience 14+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the software industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner strategies.Experience working with diverse partner types, including System Integrators, Referral, OEMs, Resellers, and Technology.Agile leader who is able to navigate in an entrepreneurial environment, and scale up fintech organisations Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.Familiarity with AI, big data, and machine learning technologies.Knowledge of the banking and financial institutions industryWillingness to travel globally as needed.Must be fluent in English and SpanishPlease submit your CV in English.
