Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Scheduler role based in Juárez, CHH. The Production Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines. Core responsibilities include coordinating with production, inventory, and supply chain teams to ensure optimal resource allocation, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring the timely execution of production plans. The role involves constant monitoring of production performance and updating schedules as needed to meet quality and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure the efficient execution of production workflows.
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Inventory Control to optimize resources and increase operational efficiency.
  • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams and manage timelines and expectations successfully.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
