Be part of a team at the BRK Factory where you will use your knowledge and background in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve production control output and continuous improvements working with Operations, Engineering, Operations AME and Sourcing. You will partner with the factory operations in providing direction that ensures product is coordinated, monitored and completes the production cycle according to schedule.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Review production schedules
  • Capacity requirement review
  • Labor load review
  • Material availability review
  • Review engineering plans
  • Continuous improvement plans
  • Interacts with factory floor
  • Identifies risk factors
  • Data analysis overviews
  • Monitors KPIs and collaborates with the planning team to review the production plan.
  • Determines requirements and timelines to meet production needs.
  • Ensures demand coverage, manages order backlogs, and maintains continuous follow-up with planning.
  • Prepares and distributes corporate reports across all plants, tracks order status (including delays and release dates), and review production planners activities.
  • Analyzes demand to evaluate its impact on the production plan.
    Participates in corporate meetings and prepares presentations for corporate stakeholders.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Manufacturing Planning.
  • Ability to read and understand customer open orders, inventory status, material variance, and shortage reports for customer orders (backlog).
  • Knowledge of SAP (including MRP management, Purchasing, and BOMs).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication in English.
  • This position will be on a fixed-term contract for six months
