Position Summary:
The company is looking for an execution-driven commercial leader in Mexico with deep experience in traditional and modern distribution channels. The ideal candidate should come from companies known for strong go-to-market execution. This role requires a hands-on leader who can work within a matrix structure, drive commercial excellence, and navigate change while ensuring collaboration across the organization.
Responsibilities:
The Business Director Role is responsible and accountable for the development, deployment and execution of strategy and tactical plans to achieve sales and distribution objectives that ensure profitability and market share in Mexico according the Annual Business Plan
What we are looking for:
Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in Marketing / Finance / Accounting or MBA preferred
- Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, experience from multinational companies, consumer goods preferred.
- Distribution knowledge, Administrative & financial tools management
- Fluent English, Spanish, Verbal and Written.
- P&L Accountability
- Negotiation, presentation skills
- Analytical thinking
Working relationships:
- Reports to: VP Developing Markets - Commercial
- Engagement includes: Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources
