If you require assistance or an accommodation because of a disability to participate in the application process,Requisition ID: 4618Position Summary:Key Roles & Responsibility: Focus on resolving customer's issues to their complete satisfactionResolve the problems both remotely and in the field to the customers delightSolves the customer's problem the first time.Focuses in on break fix problems with the support of the COE teamDelivers solution to the customer and CSH on time and at the lowest cost possibleAdds knowledge articles to the Service knowledge management systemEstablish good communications and relationship with customers.Present a professional image and promote customer confidence.Individual will contact customers, set up appointments, and communicate effectivelyduring onsite visits. Responsible for parts ordering and managementTimely and effective repair of customer equipmentFollow escalation processes and communicate to the appropriate level regardingproblem equipment or customer satisfaction issues. Ensures data integrity in call reporting, expense reporting and other administrativerequirements. Diagnose/repair equipment according to established processes, documents, servicemanuals, and software tools. Performs equipment maintenance/installation according to specifications.Performs systems verification in accordance with policies and procedures.Train and provide simple repair information to customers for operating their systemAttain system/customer knowledge to maximize system performance and customersatisfaction. Responsible for assigned and back up accounts and for growing the service agreementbusiness.
