, we're looking for a 
proactive
, persistent, and results-driven individual to 
contact leads and book meetings
 for our financial advisors.

Location:
 Calz. Gral. Mariano Escobedo 476, Chapultepec Morales (Anzures), Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City

Schedule:
 Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (
Hybrid mode:
 some days in the office, others remote)

What You'll Do

  • Make 
    calls and follow-ups
     (60–100 per day) to 
    book meetings
     for our Advisors.
  • Handle objections and 
    guide conversations
     toward the appointment.
  • Record activities in the 
    CRM
     and keep the contact pipeline up to date.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to 
    improve contact and conversion rates
    .
  • Support 
    online lead generation
     through social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Represent a professional firm with access to 
    international financial institutions
    .

What We're Looking For

  • Proactive, persistent, and resilient
    , with strong goal orientation.
  • Excellent 
    verbal communication
     and professional demeanor (Spanish + 
    English B2+
    ).
  • Minimum 
    1–2 years of experience
     in telesales, call centers, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferably in 
    finance, insurance, or investments
    ).
  • Basic knowledge of 
    CRM tools
     (HubSpot, Zoho, or Excel) and 
    Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    social media for online lead generation
     is a big plus.
  • Highly organized, consistent, and disciplined in follow-up routines.

     Negotiable MXN base per month 
    + commissions
