The
marketing coordinator
plays a vital role in supporting the execution of brand, communication, and operational initiatives across Royalton Hotels & Resorts. This position ensures alignment between Corporate Operations, Marketing, and resort teams, contributing to a consistent brand experience and seamless communication across all properties.

This role supports the development, deployment, and monitoring of brand and communication standards, helping to ensure that every resort remains aligned with Royalton's identity and guest experience promise. Working closely with key corporate functions.

The Coordinator facilitates clear information flow, reinforces brand and communication guidelines, and provides follow up on cross department projects and deliverables.

Additionally, this position maintains and updates core communication and brand documentation, supports the rollout of strategic initiatives, and assists in monitoring compliance and performance indicators across properties, identifying opportunities for improvement to strengthen brand execution and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Experience supporting projects or communications in corporate or hospitality environments (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional and multicultural teams
  • Solid written communication and content organization skills
  • Proactive, detail oriented, and results driven mindset
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and communication processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
