Patient Care Coordinator

**Position Overview**A Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) at Cellular Hope Institute serves as the **first point of contact and main liaison** between patients and the clinic. They ensure every patient receives exceptional care and a seamless experience, from the first inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
