**Position Overview**A Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) at Cellular Hope Institute serves as the **first point of contact and main liaison** between patients and the clinic. They ensure every patient receives exceptional care and a seamless experience, from the first inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. The role blends **sales, patient advocacy, coordination, and administrative tasks**, requiring strong communication skills, empathy, and organizational ability.The PCC embodies the clinic’s vision of **concierge-level, transparent, and personalized care**.**Core Responsibilities**1. **Patient Communication & Relationship Management**- Serve as the **primary contact** for all prospective and current patients.- Provide **clear, empathetic, and accurate information** about treatments, protocols, and patient experience.- Build trust and reassurance by addressing patient concerns, guiding them step by step through the journey.2. **Lead Qualification & Pre-Consultation**- Review patient submissions, including **medical history forms, MRI results, and lab work**.- Pre-qualify leads by assessing whether their condition can be considered for treatment.- Schedule **initial Zoom consultations** with clinic doctors- Prepare case summaries and ensure all required documents are complete before medical review.3. **Coordination of Patient Journey**- Organize **consultations, treatment schedules, and procedure dates**.- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory staff, and external specialists as needed.- Arrange **airport pick-ups, transfers, and accommodations** for international patients.- Send pre-treatment instructions and ensure patients are fully informed about next steps.4. **Sales & Case Management**- Present treatment options and cost estimates clearly to patients.- Handle quoting, invoicing, and payment coordination (integrated with QuickBooks).- Track and follow up on leads to improve **conversion rates and patient commitment**.- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on patient inquiries and campaign effectiveness.5. **Follow-Up & Patient Retention**- Conduct **post-treatment follow-ups** (calls, surveys, and satisfaction check-ins).- Manage long-term relationships with patients, including scheduling follow-up visits and therapies.- Ensure patients feel supported even after leaving the clinic, reinforcing the clinic’s reputation for excellence.6. **Team Collaboration**- Work closely with:- **Doctors** for case review and treatment protocols.- **Nurses** for procedure-day logistics and patient preparation.- **Marketing team** to align messaging and feedback from patient interactions.- **Administrative staff** for documentation and financial coordination.- Uphold the culture of working as **partners in the clinic’s success**, not as isolated employees.**Skills & Qualifications**- **Bilingual (English and Spanish)** - essential for international patient base.- Strong background in **healthcare, nursing, or patient coordination** preferred.- Experience with **CRM systems** (HubSpot), **invoicing software** (QuickBooks), and **calendar scheduling** (Google Calendar).- Excellent **communication, empathy, and persuasion skills**.- High level of **organization and multitasking**, with attention to detail.- Ability to handle sensitive medical information with strict **confidentiality**.- Sales-oriented mindset while maintaining patient-centered ethics.**Patient Experience Promise**At Cellular Hope Institute, the Patient Care Coordinator ensures that every patient:- Feels **heard, valued, and supported**.- Experiences **seamless logistics** (from airport pickup to treatment follow-up).- Receives **transparent and professional guidance** on treatment options.- Leaves with a strong sense of trust in the clinic and its team.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por periodo de pruebaDuración del contrato: 3 mesesSueldo: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesIdioma:- Ingles perfecto (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
