Scope:Tax compliance for LATAM countries
Location: Bosques de las lomas- Ciudad de México
Terms & Conditions: Full time - Hybrid.There is no support for national or international relocation.
JOB PURPOSE
This position exists to ensure operational excellence in tax compliance and reporting in LATAM, enabling our business to thrive through accurate, timely tax management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Calculation of VAT and WHT.
• Coordinating with Finance Teams for CIT and Transfer Pricing Reporting.
• Calculations of local taxes for the relevant LATAM Country.
• Responsible to coordinate and track relevant activities of our 3PSP
• Participate in global projects for LATAM Tax.
• Responsible to ensure compliance controls of GFCF
• Coordinate with Tax OSP and Country Tax Managers for finalizing the Tax Returns.
• Process review setting preventive actions
• Communication with all Financial, Tax and Treasury Teams.
• Participate in automation projects and digital reports
• Preparation of Reconciliations of Tax accounts in the Trial Balance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Complianc controls
• intermediate-advanced English
• 1 + year experience in Tax compliance
• 1–2 years of experience in the accounting field.
• Strong orientation to Continuous Improvement
• Accountability of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Experience developing root cause analysis (RCA)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in Global Services Center
