Novem Medical is seeking the best talent for the position of

NPI ENGINEER.

Education: Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics or related.

Experience: Essential in medical products, professional knowledge of + 3 years in manufacturing processes, Contract Manufacturing experience is highly desirable

Foreign Language: English 90%

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project/validation

Work closely with customer and respective internal teams to ensure the project are in schedule and on track

Creation, updates, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Characterize and optimize processes to meet the final product quality, yield, and reliability

To lead and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the business requirements

Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.

Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.

Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, procedures, and government regulations.

Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with production and ensure good quality product.

Ensure compliance to all procedures and work instructions.

Assist in transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high-volume products.

Develop prototype design according to required techniques and manufacturing processes.

Analyze and recommend improvements to all production process and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement.

Design new manufacturing process requirements and associate guidelines.

Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any design failure.

Other specialties and skills:

· Relevant experience in an Engineering Validation role in manufacturing industry

· Strong problem-solving skills and experience of FMEA

· Good communication skills

· Strong data analysis skills

· Capable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

· Project Management skills
