Novem Medical is seeking the best talent for the position of**NPI ENGINEER.**Education: Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics or related.Experience: Essential in medical products, professional knowledge of + 3 years in manufacturing processes, Contract Manufacturing experience is highly desirableForeign Language: English 90%General Duties and Responsibilities:**Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project/validation****Work closely with customer and respective internal teams to ensure the project are in schedule and on track****Creation, updates, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)****Characterize and optimize processes to meet the final product quality, yield, and reliability****To lead and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the business requirements****Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.****Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.****Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, procedures, and government regulations.****Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with production and ensure good quality product.****Ensure compliance to all procedures and work instructions.****Assist in transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high-volume products.****Develop prototype design according to required techniques and manufacturing processes.****Analyze and recommend improvements to all production process and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement.****Design new manufacturing process requirements and associate guidelines.****Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any design failure.****Other specialties and skills**:- Relevant experience in an Engineering Validation role in manufacturing industry- Strong problem-solving skills and experience of FMEA- Good communication skills- Strong data analysis skills- Capable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)- Project Management skills.VISA**Certificates or additional accreditations**:- Deseable Green Belt Manufactura Esbelta/ ValidaciónTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Opción a contrato indefinido- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
