TTI, Inc., is in search of our next
Product Support Analyst I
for our Global Resource Center located in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role is an entry level position in the professional Analyst/Buyer series and is accountable for performing shared service processes that support the Corporate Product department. Bilingual in Spanish & English verbal and written communication is required.

What our Product Support Analyst I do:

  • Carries out department tasks according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Reviews customer specific inventory programs, including but not limited to Cut Reel, Supplier/Customer site agreements, and TTI Family of Company programs.
  • Review and analyze system-generated purchasing report daily to support customer specific needs, and overall inventory strategies. Ensures timely and accurate data entry, maintains records, and assists in preparing buys to the supplier.
  • Processes supplier stock rotations/scrap in a timely and accurate manner by working closely with both Operations and the Product Department. Establishes and maintains effective business rapport with suppliers ensuring all aspects of the rotation transactions are handled in a professional, ethical, and timely manner resulting in TTI being viewed as the distributor of choice.
  • Assists with the analysis and resolution of ship and debit rejects.
  • Responsible for system maintenance and mass data updates.
  • Identifies and escalates process discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Will assist team members with routine tasks and contribute to maintaining an organized workflow.

What we look for:

  • Professional Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain related is required with 1 to3 years of experience as buyer or similar.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Exhibits analytical, mathematical and problem-solving ability with an inquisitive nature.
  • Possesses strong organizational, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to effectively collaborate with a variety of internal departments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer) at the intermediate level.
  • Must be able to effectively surf the internet to conduct research and work on internal systems.
