Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Learning Enablement: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand the learning needs and connect them with the right learning services, and project management agent to connect and follow up the end-to-end learning process.

Learning Solutions: Design & develop impactful & scalable learning experiences through internal and external capabilities.

Delivers high-impact learning experiences by designing, developing, and scaling solutions through instructional design, content production, innovation, and localization--using course management software, web authoring tools and eLearning technologies, to ensure the development of the key skills and knowledge for assigned functions in Global sector. (Marketing Insights)

Your Impact
As
Coordinator
your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Constant connection and communication with stakeholders to understand their needs.,
  • Facilitate intake sessions with stakeholders or SMEs to fully understand the requirements and gather the necessary information to share with the other learning towers/teams.,
  • Project Management: oversee the end-to-end process of the requirement, acting as the point of contact between the stakeholder and the necessary learning towers/teams.,
  • Coordinate the eLearning production to ensure the deliverables required for the learning solutions design:
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining high quality learning content and generating ideas for improving learning materials.,
  • Develop technology-enabled learning experiences leveraging the tools we have in our business while also be on the lookout for new technologies we can integrate in our solutions.,
  • Keep track of the progress in development and production timelines of the projects to escalate risks regarding support needed from stakeholders to guarantee the SLAs of the process.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's in administration or humanities (Preferably Education)
  • Languages: English & Spanish Fluent
  • Project Management capabilities
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Change Management
  • Strong communication Skills
  • 3+ years of experience with learning methodologies, instructional design and learning strategies
  • Broad knowledge in SCORM and other protocols for Content Management Systems
  • Familiarity with software and authoring tools: Articulate 360 suite, Adobe Captivate (Rise), Microsoft tools & AI
  • Strong collaboration in virtual environments
  • Strong research and resourcefulness skills
  • Deep understanding of how people learn
