En Experis buscamos un
HBM Layout Design Engineer (Analog / Mixed Signal)
para integrarse a proyectos de High Bandwidth Memory enfocados en AI y High Performance Computing, trabajando con procesos avanzados y layouts de alta complejidad.


¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Diseño y desarrollo de layouts analógicos, mixed-signal y custom digital a nivel bloque y full-chip.
  • Ejecución de verificación física (LVS, DRC, Antenna) y aseguramiento de calidad del layout.
  • Planeación, estimación de área y tiempos, y cumplimiento de milestones en entornos multiproyecto.
  • Colaboración con equipos globales y mentoring de ingenieros junior.


Perfil que buscamos:

  • Experiencia en analog/custom layout en procesos avanzados (
    Planar, FinFET
    ).
  • Dominio de Cadence Virtuoso (VLE / VXL) y Mentor Calibre (DRC / LVS).
  • Experiencia en bloques críticos como PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Charge Pump, entre otros.
  • Conocimiento sólido de fundamentos de layout: matching, EM, IR-drop, latch-up, crosstalk y parasíticos.


Deseable:

  • Participación en múltiples tape-outs.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos de layout y revisiones de calidad end-to-end.
