We're looking for a Demand/Supply Planner to join our team and support end-to-end demand planning activities. This role is responsible for processing customer forecasts, tracking forecast accuracy, and managing demand exceptions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Forecast Management

  • Process and consolidate customer forecasts regularly

  • Work with Sales and Account teams to understand upcoming demand drivers

  • Maintain up-to-date demand signals for accurate planning inputs

• Forecast Accuracy

  • Track and report forecast accuracy by customer, product, and region

  • Analyze trends and highlight significant variances

  • Recommend adjustments to improve forecast reliability over time

• Exception Management

  • Review and address exceptions

  • Investigate root causes of demand spikes or gaps

  • Work with cross-functional teams to validate and resolve anomalies

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with teams across Sales, Operations, and Finance to align on assumptions and key planning inputs

  • Support the monthly demand review and S&OP cycles with data-driven insights

• Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to track forecast health

  • Provide visibility into forecast trends, changes, and risks

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain roles

• Experience with data analysis and visualization.

• Intermediate-advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, logical functions, etc.)

• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (preferred)

• Experience with Oracle Demantra or other ERPs.

• Knowledge/experience with Power BI.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$38,000 - $45,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
