POSITION INFO:

Realiza auditorías de calidad al área de producción del departamento de maquinados y ensamble e informa al líder y supervisor de cada departamento sobre situaciones de no-conformancia. También el auditor de maquinados y ensamble da soporte en realizar inspección de material de entrada (Material de proveedor), en el cual inspecciona las dimensiones del material con instrumentos de medición y se asegura de que el material de entrada este dentro de especificación. Por último, da soporte en medición de piezas maquinadas en maquina CMM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Responsable de realizar auditorías de calidad al material maquinado en el área de producción maquinado y llevar un registro diario de las auditorias. En caso de encontrar evidencia de no- conformancia, notificar al líder o supervisor del área.
  • Responsable de realizar auditorías de calidad al material ensamblado en las diversas áreas de ensamble y llevar un registro diario de las auditorias. En caso de encontrar evidencia de no- conformancia, notificar al líder o supervisor del área.
  • Responsable de dar soporte en realizar la inspección del material de entrada con instrumentos de medición y asegurarse que el material cumpla las especificaciones de acuerdo con el dibujo. Así como llevar un registro de inspección de material de entrada de cada uno de los materiales que se inspeccionan.  
  • Responsable de dar soporte en la medición de piezas maquinadas de producción, ajuste y set up en Maquina CMM.
EXPERIENCE:

Experiencia deseable, más no indispensable.

EDUCATION:

Preparatoria o carrera técnica.

TRAINING AND SKILLS:

Conocimiento en instrumentos de medición (Verniers, Medidor de alturas, etc.) y conocimiento en uso de Galgas GO/ NO-GO.
