This integration positions us to offer a full-scope servicing platform: from consumer to commercial, from origination through payments, collections, data analytics, backup servicing, and business intelligence.

With this expanded platform, we aim to be the go-to partner across the credit lifecycle for both consumer-finance and commercial/lease portfolios.

About the Role

As a Presentation Designer (Marketing Communication Designer) you will build the presentations that help Concord win business and communicate with clients. Pitch decks, proposals, board materials, client reviews and much more. You will take rough content and turn it into something an executive wants to present.

This role involves managing a dynamic and fast-paced production environment where you will juggle several projects simultaneously, all with demanding deadlines. You'll need to be agile and produce high-quality work independently, without requiring extensive guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build presentations for sales, client services, executive meetings, and marketing,
  • Convert dense financial content into clear visual narratives.
  • Create and maintain templates, icons, charts, and reusable assets.
  • Work directly with US-based teams to understand objectives and refine messaging.
  • Manage competing deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
  • And more.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years designing presentations in a professional services, financial services, or B2B environment
  • Expert PowerPoint skills
  • Strong Google Slides, Canva, and Keynote proficiency
  • Working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop for asset creation
  • Professional English fluency for daily collaboration with US teams
  • Portfolio showing B2B presentation work with clear before/after examples
  • In case you are selected for interview we will request 3 to 5 examples from your portfolio.
