The team needs someone that can understand users as well as the technologies applied. HTML/CSS development is recommended knowledge to communicate ideas properly to the development team. Enterprise UX Designer must possess effective communication, teamwork, project management and follow-up skills, and is responsible for decisions regarding information architecture on the projects. They will partner with Project Managers, Product Owners, UX Researchers, Developers and more. **Education Required** - Career on any Design related field with experience in one or more of the following fields: User Experience Design, User Interface Design, Design Project Management, Front-end Development, HTML/CSS Development, Site mapping, User Flow and Architecture Information. - Course, diploma, specialization on UX Design. **Software Required** Figma Adobe Suite Miro **Software Desirable** Salesforce CRMs in general - Has experience in "UX / UI", not in interactive museums and artistic exhibitions. - Has knowledge concept of what UX and UI mean. - Could answer most questions on basic UX/UI concepts. - Knowledge of methodologies. - Knowledge of the existing issues with the platforms. - Excellent attitude. - Has experience in agile sprints or any similar methodology: Diseño centrado en el usuario, design thinking, doble diamante, social enterprise thinking. **Language**: English fluent **Location**: any state of Mexico (current living) **Let’s grow together.
