Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Commercial Development Representative
to support our growing sales team by initiating contact with potential clients and scheduling qualified appointments. The ideal candidate is resilient, confident on the phone, highly organized, and skilled in identifying business opportunities through outbound calling campaigns and LinkedIn. This is a wonderful opportunity for recent college graduates and professionals in the beginning stages of their careers to join a fast growing, employee focused, international company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Introduce the company's products/services and engage potential customers in a professional manner.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (calls, conversions, appointments).
  • Assist in setting up face-to-face meetings for the sales team in various markets.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Follow up with prospects who have shown interest or require more information.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Manage and track opportunities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with Management, Sales Team and Account Management to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Foreign Trade preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships, co-op, or part-time experience considered an asset).
  • Proficient in LinkedIn.
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Self starter
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling [industry-specific products/services].
  • Familiarity with sales consultative selling.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
