Role- UiPath RPA Developer

Location- Mexico City, MX Onsi

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer with strong UiPath experience and business analysis capabilities to lead end-to-end automation delivery. This role combines hands-on bot development with process discovery, stakeholder engagement, and solution design. You'll work across departments to automate critical business functions and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities


• Analyze "as-is" processes, identify automation opportunities, and define "to-be" workflows.


• Gather and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders.


• Collaborate on solution architecture, API integrations, and enterprise alignment.


• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.


• Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing; ensure reliable and secure bot operations.


• Document workflows, design specifications (PDD/SDD), and support materials.


• Support bot maintenance, optimization, and issue resolution post-deployment.


• Work in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.

Required Qualifications


• 5+ years of solid RPA development experience with UiPath Automation Platform (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework) in large enterprise environment


• Strong experience in process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder interaction.


• Proficient in Python, R, or VB Script for developing custom logic in complex process automation.


• Understanding of API/web service integration


• Well versed with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (required)." UIPath
