What You'll Do
In this role you will…

• Manage collections activities across an assigned country portfolio, ensuring timely debt recovery and effective resolution of customer queries and disputes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and account reconciliations while working to strict monthly targets.
• Support improvements in DSO, cash flow, and ageing debt by contributing to best practices within the Collections team.
• Perform core Accounts Receivable responsibilities including timely application of receipts, journal postings, adjustments, and month-end reconciliations.
• Achieve success in this role by delivering accurate, timely AR and collections work while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Who You'll Work With
On our team, we…

• Operate as part of the broader Finance organization, partnering closely with Collections, Billing, Sales, Treasury, and Business Units to ensure smooth AR and cash-flow operations.
• Play a critical role in maintaining financial health through effective collections management and accurate accounts receivable processing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues, support audits, and ensure clean, compliant financial records.
• This position reports to the Americas Collections Manager.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Prior collections experience.
• Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and targets.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.

• Clear and effective communication skills when working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with reconciliations, journal adjustments, and AR-related reporting.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support audits, walkthroughs, and ad-hoc financial requests.
