Sr. Credit Analyst
Especialista de Control Interno y Proyectos Crédito
Objetivo:
Asegurarse de que las actividades del área de crédito se realicen en apego a las reglas corporativas, Product Rules, Credit Rules, apoyando a las actividades de control del área a la Dirección y Gerencias del área.
Apoyo a las actividades asignadas al PMO de Crédito en la realización de proyectos del área enfocados a la automatización y la transformación.
Necesidad de homogenizar criterios en la dictaminación de expedientes. Necesidad de monitorear la confección de estos asegurando la calidad mediante un periódico control de calidad de los expedientes para detectar y corregir deficiencias, capacitando a los integrantes de los equipos.
Atención a los requerimientos provenientes de los auditores externos, NAFIN, KPMG, PLD y proceso ICS.
Tareas Principales:
- Elaboración y actualización de la guía de crédito de cada uno de los departamentos del área de crédito y documentar en Compass los procesos, tareas y las instrucciones de trabajo, así como asegurar su actualización.
- Documentar y actualizar las características de los productos financieros que ofrece DTFSM, así como la creación y obtención de autorización de los nuevos productos.
- Efectuar revisiones periódicas de las actividades realizadas en el área de crédito para evaluar si éstas se realizan de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos.
- Dar apoyo de información y solución de hallazgos en auditorías internas y externas ICS, KPMG, NAFIN y PLD.
- Emisión de criterios de análisis de crédito y homogenización de estos de acuerdo con los apetitos de crédito, reglas vigentes y directivas emanadas por el Management de la Entidad. Dar capacitación correctiva de ser necesario.
- Apoyo a proyectos y actividades asignados al PMO de Crédito. Coordinar con equipos regionales y locales los diferentes proyectos del área de crédito.
- Fungir como apoyo al Data Steward del área de Crédito.
- Envío de la información de Buró de Crédito de PF, PM & PFAE (Revisión se cintas y seguimiento a tickets además de aclaraciones correspondientes).
Perfil
Escolaridad: Licenciatura en área Económica, Financiera, Contable/Administrativa
Idioma (s): Inglés avanzado
Capacidad para comunicarse fluidamente en inglés, tanto en forma escrita como oral. Habilidad para comprender y redactar documentos técnicos y financieros en inglés.
Experiencia laboral: 2 años en la actividad de otorgamiento de crédito
Experiencia previa en la gestión y evaluación de procesos de crédito. Comprensión de los flujos de trabajo, políticas y regulaciones relacionadas con los créditos. Experiencia en la preparación y soporte de auditorías internas y externas. Capacidad para recopilar y presentar documentación requerida durante las auditorías.
