ABOUT THE JOB

As our Marketing & Communication Specialist, you'll manage our digital channels and marketing activities across Europe. You'll keep our website and LinkedIn up to date, support lead management, create newsletters, and help coordinate print materials. You'll work closely with colleagues, our Product Managers, and the Marketing Coordinator to ensure consistent and effective marketing communication. You'll also travel occasionally to our Waalwijk office to help prepare and support trade shows — turning great ideas into real results.

A few examples of your activities:

  • Keep our website up to date, create new pages, remove outdated content, and support localisation into German and French.
  • Optimise web content following SEO best practices to boost visibility and reach.
  • Manage our LinkedIn presence by planning, drafting, and scheduling posts.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure high-quality content.
  • Design eye-catching visuals and banners in Canva.
  • Manage the leads inbox and process leads in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate newsletters from start to finish - gather input, build mailing lists, design visuals, and send campaigns.
  • Support printed materials, draft copy, provide feedback to designers, and track printed stock if based near the office.
  • Take ownership of conference activities - from logistics, design, shipping, and coordination to marketing, promotion, staff preparation, and managing conference materials across our European offices.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure all marketing communication is consistent, creative, and impactful.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • You have a background in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar role in an international commercial organisation
  • Fluency in German and English (C-Level both spoken and written).
  • You have experience with online advertisements, for example Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • You have experience with WordPress, Canva, and newsletter tools (CleverReach or similar)
  • A can-do mentality and hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across functions
  • You are structured, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • You enjoy collaborating with different teams and have an eye for both detail and design
  • You are eager to learn, comfortable with IT tools and software, driven to continuously improve marketing performance
