What You'll Do

As a Collections Specialist, you are a vital part of our financial operations. You won't be "juggling" roles—you will focus on mastering the art of account management and recovery.

  • Manage Accounts: Connect with clients to discuss overdue accounts and secure payments.
  • Negotiate Solutions: Use your problem-solving skills to create payment plans that work for both the client and the company.
  • Stay Precise: Maintain accurate, detailed records of every interaction in our system.
  • Professionalism: Deliver firm but respectful service to maintain positive brand reputation.

  • Fluent English: Clear, confident, and professional verbal communication.
