The Data governance Analyst serves as integral part of the Marketing and Business Development – data governance team. This role requires an individual to develop and manage data governance best practices while supporting the business needs and objectives. They will also be responsible for streamlining processes while keeping the integrity of the data on our ERP system. This role is highly cross functional and impacts on the overall business and the customer.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:


• Responsible for integrity of item master data globally. 


• Maintaining daily reports and metrics to help improve the efficiency of Oracle's workflow process. 


• Monitor IDW (or IDEA) for all data distribution needs in our industry. 


• Process creation and maintenance request workflows when expedite is needed. 


• Manage mass uploads for system attributed master data.


• Set up proactive processes for reviewing system data for completeness and accuracy.

For this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Ability to communicate effectively (communicate complex issues, simply)

  • Strong analysis skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate proficiently in English (written and verbal)

Preferred qualifications that set you a part:

  • Project Management or program management experience

  • High Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel

  • Independent Work and self motivated

  • Collaborative work experience

  • Understanding of data structures

  • Ability to shift from strategic to tactical depending on the needs of the day and the audience
