You will be working in the Food Strategy team designing and exectuing strategies to drive sustainable growth for Didi, clients, and partners. The role requires strong ideation and problem solving skills to propose data based solutions to our most impactful and challenging problems, along with great stakeholder management, and hands-on proactiveness to materialize our strategies.

• Transforming the way we see holistic campaigns in the food delivery industry.
• Generating the correct journey for our restaurants and eaters through clear engagement initiatives.
• Designing solutions and building a scalable operation focusing on bringing value and investment efficiencies, from restaurants and eaters perspective.
• Compiling data insights and work cross-functionally with different departments to design and implement initiatives.
• Making sure strategies can be implemented in an efficient way.
• Getting Data, Propose solution, Test, and Iterate.
• Responsible for the campaigns and activities to better engage with restaurants and eaters.
  
  

• 1.5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or 2+ years in the tech industry (preferably in food delivery).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple way.
• Data-driven mindset and passion for making decisions based on insights.
• Creative, proactive, and self-motivated individual.
• Motivated by big challenges and eager to tackle unsolved problems.
• Collaborative team player, recognized by peers and leadership for strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus.
