Descripción General

Buscamos un Data Analyst Senior con experiencia sólida en análisis avanzado, modelado de datos y generación de insights estratégicos que apoyen la toma de decisiones de negocio. La persona ideal combina dominio técnico, pensamiento crítico y capacidad para traducir problemas complejos en soluciones basadas en datos.

Será responsable de diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar procesos analíticos, así como liderar la creación de modelos estadísticos y predictivos que impulsen eficiencia, crecimiento y visibilidad estratégica.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Diseñar y ejecutar análisis complejos para resolver problemas estratégicos de alto impacto.

  • Liderar procesos de limpieza, transformación y validación de datos (ETL) garantizando calidad y consistencia.

  • Desarrollar modelos estadísticos, predictivos y analíticos utilizando técnicas avanzadas.

  • Crear y optimizar dashboards e informes interactivos mediante librerías y herramientas de visualización.

  • Traducir requerimientos del negocio en preguntas analíticas claras y proponer soluciones basadas en datos.

  • Automatizar procesos analíticos y pipelines mediante scripts y flujos de datos.

  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar alineación entre negocio, tecnología y analítica.

  • Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias, herramientas y mejores prácticas de análisis y ciencia de datos.

Requisitos Técnicos (Hard Skills)

  • Lenguajes de programación: Python, R, Java (deseable).

  • Manejo y modelado de datos: SQL avanzado, ETL, modelado dimensional.

  • Visualización de datos: Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio.

  • Cloud Computing: AWS (deseable conocimiento en servicios de datos).

  • Plataformas digitales: GA4 (Google Analytics 4).

  • Metodologías: Scrum / Kanban.

  • Herramientas de gestión: Jira.
