You will achieve this through a combination of planning, experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and most importantly by leveraging a data-driven mindset.  You will impact the business on a weekly basis, shipping initiatives to drive revenue or growth or both. You will have a direct impact on Rappi's global targets achievement.As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:Main objective:The Experimentation & Analytics team is responsible for leading the highest priority experiments & analysis for the company. Our insights & recommendations play a pivotal role in Rappi's ability to maximize revenue & volume, while also enhancing the value of our product for all stakeholders: users, couriers, & merchants. As an Experimentation & Analytics Analyst, your main objective is to own the end-to-end process of hypothesis -> implementation. You will achieve this through a combination of planning, experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and most importantly by leveraging a data-driven mindset.  You will impact the business on a weekly basis, shipping initiatives to drive revenue or growth or both. You will have a direct impact on Rappi's global targets achievement.Main Responsibilities1. Experimentation & Execution: Own end-to-end execution of analytical projects (usually AB Tests) from ideation to execution and implementation at scale. You will design, execute, track the KPIs, define data-driven recommendations, and assist product and business teams in scaling outcomes to bring the desired impact2. Planning: Build and track execution of quarterly plan. You will build business cases of initiatives and define quarterly OKRs. You will create and update weekly targets tracker and make sure we hit it3. Cross-team functional collaboration: You will partner with a vast array of cross-functional stakeholders such as regional leaders and product teams to make data-driven decisions. These teams will look to you to provide robust documentation to describe your rationale and communicate key messages clearly to inform decision making.4. Analytics: Learn analytics tools and provide key insights. You will be working with automation tools (mainly SQL) and improving your skills on it. You will gather insights to define the biggest opportunities to focus on and build data-visualization reportsKey Requirements1. Desired work experience: 2+ years2. Work experience as a data analyst or data scientist3. Background in making data-backed decisions4. Experience in the use of SQL5. Strong sense of ownership and bias to actionDesired Requirements1. Open to any professional paths; ideally has entrepreneurial background. 2. Work experience as a data scientist3. Experience with experimentation, specifically A/B testing,  is a plus4. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus. (PowerBI and/or Tableau)5. Python/R or any other statistical language is a plus6.
