Coordinación con las diferentes áreas transversales como Supply, Comercial, para la sana evolución de los procesos. Velar por el liderazgo y desarrollo de su equipo de trabajo a través de la formación y consolidación de equipo en función del desarrollo de su distrito.As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:1. Administrar y mejorar los procesos de inventario, al igual que velar por la integridad del inventario y las mermas correspondientes de las zonas correspondientes.2. Garantizar los tiempos de entrega de la mercancía. (Nivel de servicio < 10 min)3. Coordinar los conteos cíclicos y procesos de inventarios establecidos4. Actualizar, replicar y hacer seguimiento de los procesos operativos establecidos5. Velar por la correcta proyección de Fake Orders para la demanda prevista. Buscando siempre una optimización de Fake Orders >90%6. Plantear mejoras para escalar la operación, (Tecnología)7. Garantizar informaciòn y formaciòn a los Zone Leads /3PL sobre todos los procesos establecidos ya sean locales o globales.8. Acompañar las estrategias de Zone leads de acuerdo a los indicadores paretos (Worst offenders)9. Coordinar con el 3PL la necesidad de herramientas para operar. (Cuando corresponda)10. Velar por el cumplimientos de los niveles de servicio (SLA) del 3PL (Cuando corresponda)11. Ejecutar expansión de nuevas DS dentro de un territorio definido12. Velar por el cumplimiento de las reglamentaciones sanitarias y legales de las tiendas.13. Trabajo colaborativo con los otros equipos transversales para garantizar el crecimiento de su ciudad (Partnership, Growth, Supply, Logística).14. Realizar visita a las tiendas en cargo para revisar el cumplimiento de los procesos y protocolos establecidos.15. Revisión y planes de acción basados en el P&L por tienda.Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Administrativa, Ingeniería de procesos o carreras afines con experiencia de más de 1 año en áreas operativas, liderazgo de equipos y cumplimiento de métricas .
