Milestone Systems is a well-established provider in Video Management Software (VMS) and we are searching for a motivated and results-focused Regional Sales Executive, North Central to join our team. In this key role, you will promote revenue growth through identifying fresh opportunities, establishing durable partnerships, and offering advanced solutions to security and surveillance customers to expand business within mid-market enterprise organizations (under $1B in annual revenue). This remote position covers CO, WY, ND, SD, MN, WI, NE, IA, IL, IN, OH, and MI. The ideal candidate resides within the territory (preference: Minnesota, Nebraska, or Iowa). This role reports to the National Sales Manager, Central.
Fulfilling the responsibilities of this position involves a consistent effort to locate prospects, build lasting relationships, and uphold accurate and detailed Salesforce records. As a Regional Sales Executive, you will work alongside smart and friendly colleagues focused on ensuring the effectiveness of our sales efforts. What You'll Do
- Identify, research, and engage prospective clients in the Video Management Software space through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring all activities, leads, and opportunities are meticulously documented and updated.
- Cultivate meaningful connections with key decision-makers to understand their needs and deliver customized VMS solutions.
- Oversee each step of the sales journey, beginning with first contact and ending with finalizing agreements, while regularly reaching or surpassing sales objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain client satisfaction.
What You Have
- Experience in the Video Management Software or related technology sectors is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, with a focus on maintaining detailed and accurate records.
- Demonstrated ability to present, negotiate, and close with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with VMS, security systems, and surveillance technologies is a strong advantage.
- This position requires up to 50% travel, which may include domestic and international air travel as needed to fulfill business objectives.

The annual on-target earnings for this position range from $145,000 to $160,000. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone's total compensation package. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits, FSA or HSA, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match, paid parental leave, generous PTO (20 days' vacation, 10 days paid sick time, and 12 company holidays), fully paid Short Term disability policy, fully paid Long Term disability policy, and Life Insurance.
