This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager in Mexico. We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive new revenue growth across Central and Latin America. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, across mobile operators, MVNOs, and strategic partners. You will be responsible for developing multi-country account strategies, expanding key regional relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted growth partner. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs. This is a highly visible role with significant impact, offering a clear pathway to regional team leadership as the business scales. Ideal candidates are commercially driven, deeply networked, and entrepreneurial. Accountabilities:
  • Own and execute the CALA regional sales strategy aligned with revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline across wireless carriers, MVNOs, and strategic partners.
  • Drive the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure.
  • Develop multi-country account strategies, whitespace analysis, and expansion roadmaps.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of LATAM wireless market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and operator priorities.
  • Represent the company at regional industry events, partner forums, and executive briefings.
  • Collaborate with product, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to shape offerings and proposals.
  • Contribute to future regional team leadership, including hiring, onboarding, and establishing repeatable sales processes.
Requirements: Candidates should have extensive enterprise or strategic sales experience and strong LATAM market knowledge.5+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience within the wireless, telecom, or mobile ecosystem.Established relationships with regional operators such as Telefónica, Claro, TIM, América Móvil, AT&T Mexico, or comparable carriers.Proven track record of selling complex solutions, platforms, or services into telecom or adjacent ecosystems.Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across Central and South America, Mexico, and the Caribbean.Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and deal-orchestration capability.Highly self-directed, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a build-mode environment.Preferred: experience selling merchant services, POS, digital retail, payments, SaaS platforms, or operational systems; history of opening new regions or building regional sales teams.
