Looking for a Technical Recruiter to be part of our growth engine. EXL has been expanding our services for delivery Data, Analytics and AI services for over 25 years. We are looking for a recruiter who can hire for Mexico, Columbia and US geographies Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting: Managing the process from sourcing to hiring. Knowledge of sourcing strategies, tools to identify quality talent. Talent Pipeline: Consistently network and identify viable talent in the market for future needs. Assessment: Conduct competency-based interviews and validation through our technical team, ensuring that each onboarding meets the company's standard of excellence. Brand Ambassador: Representing and promoting EXL at job fairs, universities and technology events, a national level Recruiting Business Partner: Working hand in hand with the local Management and the Global Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely fulfillment. Employment Regulations : Navigating tax implications, contractual requirements, and onboarding processes. Requirements: 5+ years of recruiting experience hiring in Mexico, US and Columbia Strong interviewing skills to analyze and evaluate candidates. High organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish Deep understanding of Mexico's labor laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance and support business growth. Knowledge of Microsoft office tools. HR experience / employee engagement will be a huge plus. Proficiency with Excel will be a plus.
