To complement our team in Mexico, we are looking for SAP TMS Presales Lead.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the presales strategy for SAP Transportation Management solutions across the Americas, driving new business opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships, understanding business needs and positioning SAP TMS as the optimal solution.
  • Develop tailored solution designs and presentations, demonstrating the value of SAP TMS to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and Fit-to-Standard sessions to gather customer requirements and map them to SAP TMS capabilities.
  • Support the sales team with technical expertise, demos, business cases, and proofs of concept.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads, assist in proposal creation, and convert opportunities into projects.
  • Lead customer-facing workshops and demos to showcase SAP TMS and align solutions with client objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and SAP TMS capabilities, improving presales methodologies.
  • Contribute to sales negotiations, ensuring a smooth transition from presales to delivery.
Your Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of presales or sales experience in Transportation Management , with strong knowledge of logistics and transportation processes.
  • Expertise in SAP TMS processes, including freight management, route optimization, and transportation planning.
  • Deep understanding of SAP TMS architecture and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed and flexibility to take on other responsibilities, such as consulting or project management.
