Job Title: Mexico Technical Service Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to distributors and installers in Mexico, and offer on-site support when necessary.
- Repair inverters, diagnose faults, and organize after-sales service data.
- Guide and support installers in the installation, monitoring, and later operation and maintenance of residential photovoltaic power stations.
- Provide promotional support to the sales team.
Job Requirements
- Hold a background in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation. Candidates with hands-on experience in solar PV will be prioritized.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer and office software operations, enabling efficient data management and technical documentation.
- Exhibit a proactive and responsible work attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. Be capable of effectively executing project goals and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
