Para garantizar la continuidad del negocio y la estabilidad de las operaciones de IT durante el segundo turno, es esencial mantener la posición de Técnico de Soporte IT. Este rol proporciona asistencia técnica inmediata, apoya sistemas críticos fuera del horario administrativo y reduce los riesgos operativos mediante la resolución proactiva de incidentes y fallas de sistema.

Perfil Profesional

Educación y Formación Técnica

  • Formación Académica:
     Grado técnico o profesional en Ciencias de la Computación, Sistemas de Información, Tecnologías de la Información o carrera afín.
  • Cursos Recomendados:
  • Soporte Técnico: Fundamentos de atención al cliente, gestión de incidentes y resolución de problemas.
  • Redes: Introducción a redes y protocolos (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS), configuración y mantenimiento.

Experiencia Profesional

  • Al menos 1-2 años de experiencia en roles de soporte técnico, preferiblemente en entornos corporativos o de manufactura.
  • Experiencia comprobable en la gestión de tickets de soporte y resolución de incidencias de usuario final.
  • Manejo y configuración de sistemas operativos y mantenimiento de redes básicas.

Responsabilidades y Funciones Clave

Soporte Inmediato y Continuidad Operativa

  • Asegurar una atención rápida a los problemas técnicos durante el segundo turno para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad (downtime).
  • Proporcionar soporte básico para redes, servidores, usuarios y aplicaciones, garantizando que los sistemas funcionen sin interrupciones.
  • Ejecutar el proceso de enrolamiento (enrollment) de equipo nuevo, incluyendo la configuración inicial de hardware y software según los estándares de la empresa.

Mantenimiento y Reparación

  • Realizar diagnósticos y reparaciones de hardware y software de manera efectiva.
  • Ejecutar rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo para asegurar la satisfacción del usuario y la integridad de los activos tecnológicos.
  • Identificar y analizar problemas técnicos complejos, ofreciendo soluciones definitivas para evitar la recurrencia de incidentes.

Comunicación y Servicio al Cliente

  • Mantener un enfoque total en la satisfacción del cliente interno, resolviendo dudas de manera profesional y oportuna.
  • Traducir conceptos técnicos complejos a un lenguaje sencillo para usuarios no técnicos.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de IT de otros turnos para asegurar una transición de información fluida y sin brechas de soporte.

Habilidades Técnicas y Competencias

  • Conocimientos Sólidos:
     Dominio de hardware, software, sistemas operativos y aplicaciones comunes de oficina y producción.
  • Resolución de Problemas:
     Capacidad analítica para identificar la causa raíz de las fallas y aplicar medidas correctivas eficientes.
  • Orientación al Cliente:
     Actitud de servicio proactiva y enfoque en la eficiencia operativa.
