We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Call Center Representative. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.

  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.

  • Flexibility to work graveyard shifts.
