Location: Remote / On-site
Employment Type: Full-Time 12 hrs shift, working 4 days a week
Experience Required: 2+ Years in a Personal Injury Law Firm
Position Overview
We are expanding our Intake Department and seeking an experienced Closer Agent and Personal Injury background. This role focuses on converting qualified leads into signed clients by conducting in-depth consultations, addressing concerns, and securing retainer agreements. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with proven closing skills, excellent rapport-building abilities, and a strong understanding of PI case criteria.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the *final point of contact* with potential clients
* Conduct *detailed legal intakes* to determine case eligibility.
* Explain case process, legal expectations, and benefits of representation.
* Convert warm leads and pre-qualified callers into *signed cases*.
* Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but not yet retained the firm.
* Maintain daily/weekly closing quotas and performance goals.
* Handle sensitive conversations with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.
* Document all call notes accurately in the case management or intake system.
* Work closely with the Intake Manager to optimize conversion strategies.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a Personal Injury Law Firm.
* Proven success in *closing PI retainers* or meeting conversion sales metrics.
* Strong understanding of personal injury case types (MVA, slip & fall, premises liability, etc.)
* Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high call volumes.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

Pay: $25, $32,000.00 per month
