Tooling Technician

Koch Engineered Solutions is looking to add a
Tooling Technician
to our new manufacturing facility in support of our Koch-Glitsch business. This position is in
Apodaca, Mexico.
1st Shift:
6:00am – 3:00pm

2nd Shift:
2:30pm – 11:30pm

3rd Shift:
10:00pm – 6:00am

(Must be flexible to rotate shifts, Monday - Friday)

What You Will Do

• Promote a culture based on the company's principles.
• Interpret drawings and technical specifications for tool construction, adjustments, and maintenance.
• Operate conventional CNC machines and general tools for the manufacture of parts.
• Execution of work orders to generate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Provide preventive operational maintenance to the machines in the workshop.
• Diagnosis of failures in tools and equipment by developing solution proposals
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality according to Koch's vision of tool maintenance activities.
• Report any potential risk and propose suggestions for improvements.

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements (Basic Qualifications):

• Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or military environment.
• Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Proven experience in the development of preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Valid VISA and Passport.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Technical school or other related educational certifications/degrees.
