We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Professional Services Team in Paseo de la Reforma reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Project Management. In this pivotal role, you will manage Infoblox Professional Services projects and work closely with our customers to achieve project goals on time and on budget. Be a Contributor — What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage multiple complex customer-facing software delivery projects from initiation through closure
  • Establish close and productive relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Take full ownership and accountability for project planning, budget, and change management to deliver profitable projects on time
  • Manage project scopes, schedules, risks, and issues to ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Provide effective, accurate, and timely communications to all stakeholders with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, and act as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Compose project status reports and share with customers and Professional Services management
  • Provide regular updates using internal project management systems, use of project management tools, and manage project-related revenue
  • Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery and proactively provide feedback on lessons learned and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of all project delivery/management processes and tools

Be Prepared — What You Bring 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects using established project management disciplines and methodologies, ideally in product-led companies or in software services companies
  • Customer management experience required, with a focus on stakeholder management across a variety of organizational levels
  • Ability to build and forge strong relationships with customer team members while understanding their business objectives and acting in a consultative role
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varied sizes and complexities on cross-functional teams in multiple locations
  • Ability to prepare and present projects in a comprehensive way, including status, open issues, risks, delays, and defects reporting to a variety of stakeholders
  • Capable of driving customers and internal resources through risks, issues, challenges, and delays with minimal escalations
  • Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required to lead customer meetings, present project status, manage expectations, and resolve escalations with U.S.-based stakeholders
  • PMP certification is highly desirable, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles; knowledge of networking and security is a significant advantage
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to work in-office at our Mexico City (Reforma) location at least 2 days per week as part of our hybrid work model

Six Months:


• Work closely with Infoblox customers to lead projects that implement our solutions and get customers to value Infoblox products 


• Complete training on Infoblox products
• Meet metrics for project profitability, time to value, and customer satisfaction

One Year: 


• Continue working closely with Infoblox customers to lead projects that implement our solutions and get customers to value Infoblox products 


• Have deep familiarity with Infoblox products
• Meet metrics for project profitability, time to value, and customer satisfaction 


• Grow services pipeline and revenue within your past and existing projects
