We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can lead complex technical initiatives with clarity, structure and strong communication while collaborating closely with engineering, product and operational teams.

What You'll Do:


• Lead end-to-end project delivery across software, cloud or data-related initiatives.

• Coordinate planning, execution, testing and release activities with engineering, QA, DevOps and product teams.

• Translate business requirements into clear project plans, timelines, milestones and communication artifacts.

• Identify risks, manage dependencies and escalate issues before they impact delivery.

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog discussions and cross-functional alignment.

• Ensure teams have the information, clarity and structure needed to execute effectively.

• Prepare reports, dashboards and status updates for stakeholders at different levels.

• Promote best practices in project documentation, governance and continuous improvement.

• Support the implementation of delivery processes, KPIs and project standards.

What You'll Bring


• 5+ years of experience managing technical or software-related projects.

• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, Agile methodologies and delivery workflows.

• Experience working with engineering, QA, product, cloud or data teams.

• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar.

• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and maintain high-quality execution.

• Advanced English level for meetings, documentation and stakeholder communication.
