Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
Process Engineer role involves optimizing polyurethane foam manufacturing processes, providing technical support for equipment and formulations, troubleshooting problems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive statistical process control via measuring, documenting and analyzing process data.
• Developing and testing new formulations
• troubleshooting production issues
• Develop and implement new polyurethane foam formulations and pour patterns.
• Improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Optimize raw material usage and minimize waste.
• Provide technical support for the manufacturing of polyurethane foam.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related problems, working with maintenance staff.
• Support the development and implementation of new equipment, methods, and technology.
• Oversee daily process operations.
• Collaborate with production teams to address concerns and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in new product launches and the startup of new plants.
• Participate in health, safety, and quality audits.
• Prepare and analyze technical reports and documentation.
• Write and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other technical documents.

Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum education level

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.

Professional Experience

• At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the auto industry
• Experience in automation/Programming robots Kuka, Fanuc, ABB

Skills And Competencies

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• International mindset, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• English required, other languages are a plus
