Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in SQL Server SQL Azure and .Net Framework is required.
  • Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is nice to have enhancing the ability to deliver domain-specific solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development best practices is beneficial.

ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST

Hybrid role in any of our three locations: Guadalajara, CDMX or Monterrey

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize software solutions using SQL Server SQL Azure and .Net Framework to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software applications.
  • Analyze system requirements and design efficient software solutions to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Implement best practices in coding and software development to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Utilize Azure cloud services to enhance scalability and performance of software applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all software development activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by developing software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
