¿Qué Harás?

  • Diseñar y optimizar estructuras organizacionales
    que hagan nuestras operaciones más ágiles y efectivas.
  • Liderar procesos de reclutamiento y selección
    para garantizar que atraemos al mejor talento para cada posición.
  • Serás un socio estratégico
    : Implementar y guiar evaluaciones de desempeño basadas en competencias, influir y dar coaching a los lideres desarrollando equipos de alto rendimiento.
  • Construirás un equipo fuerte
    : Diagnosticar y transformar procesos de Recursos Humanos que fortalezcan la cultura, el clima laboral y los niveles de compromiso. Asegurar planes de sucesión que garanticen la continuidad del negocio.

¿Qué te hará exitoso?

  • Experiencia como HRBP
    : Al menos 6 años de experiencia como HR Business Partner de Manufactura (perfiles operativos y administrativos).
  • Habilidades Técnicas
    : Fuerte capacidad de análisis y herramientas de análisis de ventas, realizando diagnósticos de resultados claves y de operación.
  • Conocimientos técnicos
    : Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT) y de la NOM-035.
  • Escolaridad:
    Título universitario (no negociable)
