Labor Relations Specialist _3rd Shift

Administrar al personal sindicalizado para la planta, gestionar el cumplimiento del contrato colectivo de trabajo y los acuerdos entre la empresa y el Sindicato.
Mantener estabilidad laboral y un ambiente de trabajo sano, a través de mantener una buena relacion entre el trabajador, la empresa y el Sindicato de trabajadores.
Estratégico
Administración de personal sindicalizado durante su permanencia dentro de las instalciones.
Mantener dentro de los estándares establecidos los indicadores de Rotación y Ausentismo.
Ejecución del plan de vacaciones de manera alineada a lo programado.
Asegurar el cumplimiento del CCT.
Operacional
Coordinar el apoyo para la integración de talento humano.
Coordinar acciones de separación de personal.
Asegurar el servicio en tiempo y forma de Comedor y Transporte.
Trámites requeridos por la planta ante el sindicato, cambios de turno, área, planta, tiempo extra.
Requerimientos De La Posición
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en: Recursos Humanos, 3 años en el área de Relaciones Laborales, conocimiento en temas de Ley Federal del Trabajo, IMSS, People Soft, Microsoft Office (P.P., Excel y Word) Fonacot, Manejo de RIT, relación con sindicatos.
Inglés: intermedio/avanzado.
Carrera: Lic. en Psicología, Administración o afín.
